ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals addressed to the Board of Education of the Omaha Public Schools, Douglas County, Nebraska, for Lewis & Clark Middle School Roof Replacement, Bid #25-012, for the Omaha Public Schools, hereinafter called “District” in accordance with plans, specifications and Contract Documents adopted by the District, prepared by Schemmer Associates, are to be received at the OPS Teacher Administrative Center, 3215 Cuming Street Omaha, NE at 2:00 PM (CT) on Tuesday April 22, 2025. At that time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, and tabulation will be made to present to the Board of Education at the next regular meeting for consideration in awarding the Contract. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. The time stamp maintained by the District Operational Services shall be the official clock utilized to determine the time for close of bidding.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Tour of this facility will be held starting at 10:00 AM, Monday, March 31, 2025, at the Lewis & Clark Middle School, 6901 Burt Street, Omaha, NE. Those failing to register while attending the Tour of the facility will not be allowed to bid. Plans are on file at the following locations:
