NOTICE

As required by Neb. Rev. Stat. § 32-570, Douglas County School District 0001 (Omaha Public Schools) hereby provides notice that:

1) On November 12, 2021, Ms. Kimara Snipes ceased to be a resident of Sub-District 8 of the Board of Education of Douglas County School District 0001, which, in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. § 32-560(5), has the effect of creating a vacancy in the office of Douglas County School District 0001 Board Member from Sub-District 8, effective that same date; and

2) The unexpired portion of Ms. Kimara Snipes’ term ends on the first Monday in January of 2023.
