NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

WITH RESPECT TO

PROPOSED TAX-EXEMPT LOAN

On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. CT the Omaha Housing Authority (the “Authority”) will hold a public hearing at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, Nebraska, regarding the making, in one or more series, of a tax-exempt loan or the issuance of tax-exempt bonds pursuant to a plan of finance (the “Bonds”) under Section 142 of the Internal Revenue Code, by the Authority the proceeds of which will be loaned to Pine Tower, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company or an affiliate thereof (the “Borrower”) in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $18,200,000 for the purpose of financing the acquisition, rehabilitation, development and equipping of a multifamily housing development known as the Pine Tower Apartments, a 143-unit rental housing project located at 1500 Pine Street in Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska (the “Project”).  The initial owner and operator of the Project will be the Borrower.
