COMMON-USE LOUNGE CONCESSION

AT OMAHA EPPLEY AIRFIELD

The Omaha Airport Authority issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) on May 7, 2025, for a common-use lounge concession at Omaha Eppley Airfield (OMA) as part of the Build OMA Terminal Modernization Program. The Authority is soliciting proposals from common-use lounge operators for the development and operation of a new common-use lounge.

The RFP, including instructions and all available materials and attachments, is located on the airport’s website at www.FlyOMA.com/concessions.

Sealed proposals will be received at the Omaha Airport Authority offices until August 5, 2025, 2:00 p.m. Central Time.

The Omaha Airport Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to wave informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.

ART PROGRAM

AT OMAHA EPPLEY AIRFIELD

The Omaha Airport Authority issued a Call for Artists Request for Proposals (RFP) on May 6, 2025 for the Art Program at Omaha Eppley Airfield (OMA) as part of the Build OMA Terminal Modernization Program. The Authority is soliciting proposals from artists for the design, fabrication, and installation of artwork in the Omaha Eppley Airfield terminal.

The RFP, including instructions and all available materials and attachments, is located on the airport’s website at www.FlyOMA.com/art.

Sealed proposals will be received at the Omaha Airport Authority offices until June 20, 2025, 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
