The Omaha Airport Authority (Authority) issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) on October 8, 2025, for Human Capital Management (HCM) system solutions and related implementation services. The Authority is soliciting qualifications from HCM vendors with proven expertise in providing comprehensive HCM platforms – including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and performance management – to support the Authority’s human resource and workforce management needs.

RFQ Submissions will be received until October 17, 2025.
