PUBLIC NOTICE

The Metropolitan Area Planning Agency releases its draft Comprehensive Safety Action Plan for public comment. The public comment period runs Feb. 27, 2025, to March 24, 2025.

The draft Comprehensive Safety Action Plan was developed as part of MAPA’s Safe Streets for All project.

The plan includes safety recommendations and identifies priority projects aimed at reducing traffic fatalities and crashes resulting in serious injuries to zero.

A self-guided online meeting is also available until March 24 at mapacog.org/projects/ss4a. The deadline to submit written comments is 4:30 p.m. March 24, 2025.
