PUBLIC NOTICE

The Omaha-Council Bluffs Metropolitan Area Planning Agency (MAPA) seeks public comment 

on an amendment to its FY2027 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), which involves 12 projects in the cities of Omaha, Papillion, LaVista, Bennington, and Waterloo and one  MAPA project. 

The public comment period for the amendment runs Oct. 15, 2026, to Oct. 22, 2026. View the amendment at tinyurl.com/FY27TIPAmend1. 

The MAPA Board of Directors meeting scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Oct. 22, 2026, at 2222 Cuming St., Omaha, NE, will serve as the public meeting for the amendment.
