Kiewit Building Group is soliciting Subcontractors and Materials Suppliers for the CHI Health Center Omaha, Convention Center East Expansion. The project is a 174,000 SF addition on the east side of the existing building. The project is located over the existing loading dock area. And is intended to provide additional meeting rooms. The project is anticipated to start in December 2025 with completion July 2027.

The Scope of the Work includes but not limited to the following:

Selective Interior and Exterior Demolition, Deep Foundations, Earthwork, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete, Precast Concrete, Unit Masonry, Structural Steel, Metal Decking, Miscellaneous Metals, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Architectural Woodwork and Cabinets, Solid Surface Countertops, Waterproofing, Exterior Finish Systems, Exterior Metal Panels, Interior and Exterior Glazing, Roofing, Joint Sealants, Spray Fireproofing and Building Insulation, Building Expansion Joints, Sectional Doors, Doors, Frames and Hardware, Gypsum Walls and Acoustical Ceiling Systems, Paint and Wallcoverings, Flooring, Operable Partitions, Specialties, Interior Signage, Loading Dock Equipment, Food Service Equipment, Elevators & Escalators, Fire Suppression Systems, Plumbing, Heating, Venting and Air Conditioning, Integrated Automation, Electrical, Communications, Electronic Safety and Security, Site Utilities, Final Construction Cleaning.

Pre-Bid RFIs Due: Thursday October 17, 2024 at 12:00 pm. To be submitted to Kiewit Building Group.

Sub and Material Suppliers Bids Due: Thursday October 24, 2024 at 2:00 pm. To be submitted to Kiewit Building Group.
