Mr. Forgét received his L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 1997, his law degree from Creighton University (J.D., 1993), his Master’s in Business Administration from Creighton University (M.B.A., 1993) and his undergraduate degree from Creighton University (B.S. 1990).

Mr. Forgét’s practice has been primarily focused on estate planning and probate, corporate and business law, tax law, and trust preparation and administration. Mr. Forgét is a member of the Omaha Estate Planning Council, the Omaha Bar Association and the Nebraska State Bar Association. He received the IRS Manager’s Award from the Estate and Gift Tax Audit Group in Omaha, NE. He is licensed to practice in Nebraska and is admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court.
