A public hearing will be held by the Douglas County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. in the Legislative Chambers, Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska regarding the vacation of a portion of 150th Avenue south of Sandpiper Street within The Heritage Addition, Douglas County containing 13,156 square feet or 0.302 acres, more or less.  Further information, including a plan showing the exact area to be vacated, is available for viewing at the office of the Douglas County Engineer, 15505 West Maple Road, Omaha, Nebraska.
