To whom it may concern: Report has been made by the County Board of Douglas County, Nebraska by the clerk of the district or county court of the county, which report shows that there is now and has been for the last six months remaining in the hands of the clerk/comptroller certain witness fees which have been uncalled for. If the fees are not called for within six months from January 9, 2024, they will be considered as forfeited and will be paid into the common school fund of Douglas County.

The Douglas County Board of Commissioners will be attending a Tri County Breakfast on Friday, January 19, 2024, at 8:00 a.m. at the Roman L. Hruska Law Center, 635 S 14th Street, Suite 315, Lincoln, NE.  Officials from Douglas, Lancaster and Sarpy Counties will be in attendance to discuss legislative priorities and county issues.

PUBLICATION NOTICE

The Board of Commissioners of the Land Reutilization Commission (LRC) of Douglas County will meet for their regular meeting at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, January 24, 2024 in Room H-13, Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam St., Omaha, Nebraska. An agenda for said meeting of the Commission shall be readily available in the LRC office at Room 909, 1819 Farnam St, Omaha Nebraska.  An auction, if needed, will be held on January 18 at 8:30 am in Room H-13 in the same building.  In the event of an emergency, the Commission shall have the right to modify the agenda at said public meeting.
