NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING AND BUDGET SUMMARY

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given, in compliance with the provisions of Sections 23-921 to 23-934, R.R.S. 1943, that the public corporation acting in a government capacity and a political subdivision of this state will meet on the 20th day of November 2020, at 8:30 a.m., in the City Council Conference Room, Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam St., Omaha, Nebraska, 68183.  The purpose of the meeting is to hear support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations of taxpayers relating to the following proposed budget and to consider amendments relative thereto.  The budget detail is available at the office of the Land Reutilization Commission, 1819 Farnam St., Omaha, Nebraska 68183.  All interested citizens will have the opportunity to give written or oral comment; senior citizens are encouraged to attend and comment.

PUBLICATION NOTICE

The Board of Commissioners of the Land Reutilization Commission (LRC) of Douglas County will meet for their regular monthly meeting at 8:30 a.m., Friday, November 20, 2020 in the City Council Conference Room, Omaha-Douglas Civic Center, LC Level, 1819 Farnam St., Omaha, Nebraska. An auction, if necessary, will be held at 8:30 am on November 19, 2020 in the same location.   

An agenda for said meeting of the Commission shall be readily available in the LRC office at 1819 Farnam St, Ste. 909, Omaha Nebraska.  In the event of an emergency, the Commission shall have the right to modify the agenda at said public meeting.
