NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

You are hereby notified that the Douglas County Planning Commission will meet at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16th, 2024 in the Douglas Room, first floor, 15335 West Maple Road, Omaha, NE 68116.

1.  Taylor Bopes of Legato Living-applicant for a Special Use Permit to operate a healthcare facility located at 19406 Rainwood Road, Bennington, NE 68007, Section 18- Township 16- Range 11; Parcel Number 2037235208.

2.  Discussion on updates to the subdivision regulations of the Douglas County zoning regulations.

3.  Text amendment updates to Articles 3 and 4 of the Douglas County zoning regulations to update language and maintain consistency.

4.  Discussion on Planned Development District.
