ABOUT CRE SUMMIT
The CRE Summit is the highly anticipated annual conference event for commercial real estate industry professionals, and this year's event may be the most important one yet!
At no time in the first 30 years of the CRE Summit has commercial real estate encountered an event like COVID-19, which is unprecedented in its ability to damage the industry. To date, we have already seen substantial diminution in the value of retail, hospitality, office and restaurants. Although industrial and multi-family are sustaining at this point, the future for these types of properties is also uncertain.
The content of the CRE Summit has been re-tooled to provide the most up-to-date information on the current impacts of COVID-19. Powerhouse panels and breakouts will discuss strategies for working through this difficult period with ideas to survive and thrive after this pandemic departs.
