Sealed bids are invited and will be received on or before 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 26, 2021, as per specifications on file in the office of the Douglas County Purchasing Agent.
Sealed bids should be addressed to Elizabeth Butler, City Clerk, 1819 Farnam Street, LC 1, Omaha Douglas Civic Center, Omaha, NE 68183 and marked BID ON:
Soil Remediation Group #479
and must be on file in her office on or before 11:00 a.m. on the bid opening date at which time the bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC 4, Omaha Douglas Civic Center.
As evidence of good faith and guarantee that a contract will be entered into should an award be made thereon, a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany the bid. Failure to do so will be cause for rejection.
The City of Omaha reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

The bid bond or certified check shall be made payable to the “City of Omaha”. Failure to do so will be cause for rejection.
