REQUEST FOR PROFESSIONAL
CONSULTING SERVICES
The City of Omaha Public Works Department is seeking an engineering consultant to design upgrades to the 6th and Leavenworth Grit Facility. Elements of the work include:
• Efficiency modifications to the existing weir/diversion structure in the Leavenworth Interceptor Sewer that diverts flows to the grit facility.
• The demolition of the existing grit facility and construction of a new grit facility and associated equipment to comply with current regulations.
• The replacement or repair of damaged sections of the grit facility effluent sewer.
Interested firms may request a detailed scope of work by emailing their requests to ae.selection@cityofomaha.org or by writing to the Public Works Department, Attention: Sylvia, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, NE 68183 prior to October 28, 2020.
