Waterproofing at

Four Omaha Housing Authority Towers

OHA is issuing this IFB seeking qualified contractors for a complete waterproofing of four (4) OHA properties known as Benson, Evans, Kay Jay and Pine Towers in Omaha Nebraska. 

Leo A. Daly will act as the consultant to OHA in the oversight of this project. 

Scope includes repair and maintenance of the building’s exterior vertical facade, all caulk joints, damaged   masonry and window frames.

IFB packets will be available on Friday June 26, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.

There will be a Pre-Bid Zoom meeting on July 9, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.  Please send an email to contracts@ohauthority.org for an invitation.

Deadline for Proposal submission is July 23, 2020 at 2:00 P.M.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102 or online.

Proposals will be marked: Attn: Murphy Knight – Waterproofing Benson, Evans, Kay Jay and Pine Tower.
