Demolition and Abatement

Management Services Project

In keeping with its mandate to provide efficient and effective services, OHA is seeking qualifications and proposals from construction management firms, engineering firms and environmental consultants to provide demolition and abatement project management services for the Spencer Homes public housing site at 2902 Spencer St and Martin Luther King Jr Center at 3005 Emmet St, both located in Omaha, Nebraska. The selected firm will assist OHA in the selection of qualified demolition and abatement contractors and represent OHA as its agent to oversee the demolition and abatement process to ensure it meets all federal, state, and local requirements.

Pre-Proposal Conference Zoom meeting, November 11, 2021, at 2 p.m., request for invitation.

Deadline for questions no later than November 19, 2021.

Proposal deadline for project November 29, 2021, at 2 p.m.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.
