HVAC Air Handler at Kay Jay Tower

Omaha Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide replacement of the HVAC Air Handler at Kay Jay Tower, 4500 S 25th St, Omaha, NE 68107.  The contractor shall be capable of removing the existing air handler and related components and replacing the system with new components as specified in the scope of work within the Invitation for Bid.

Packets will be available on Friday November, 5, 2021, at 2:00 P.M.

Pre-Proposal Conference Zoom meeting, November 18, 2021, at 2 p.m., request for invitation.

Bids deadline for project December 3, 2021, at 2 p.m.

All activities will take place at OHA’s Central Office at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.
