There will be a non-mandatory, pre-bid meeting on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at 2 P.M.  The meeting will be held at the project site, Freedom Park, 2497 Freedom Park Road, Omaha, NE.  Meeting will be held rain or shine.

General Contractor shall self-perform with its own workforce a minimum of thirty percent (30%) of the total cost of the Contract.  Purchasing of materials does not qualify as self-performing the Work.

This project DOES NOT HAVE an SEB reserve for ESB and SB Tier 1 & 2 categories.  For additional information see Specification Section 00 20 00, ‘Instructions to Bidders”, Part 2.16, “Utilization of Small and Emerging Small Business”.

This project DOES NOT REQUIRE the bidder to submit an Economic Equity and Inclusion Plan (EEIP) or an approved EEIP Certificate with their bid.
