NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON REDEVELOPMENT PLAN

The Ralston Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 19th, 2025, at 5:30 PM at Ralston City Hall, 5500 S. 77th Street on the Platinum Real Estate Group Redevelopment Plan pursuant to the Nebraska Community Development Law.

Platinum Real Estate Group submitted the Redevelopment Plan for the building located at Ralston Addition, Lot 26, Block 34 in Douglas County, Nebraska.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for purposes of the Community Development Law. Copies of the proposed amendment, a map of the area affected and the cost-benefit analysis is on file and may be obtained at the office of the City Clerk, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, Nebraska or by email at mkelly@cityofralston.com.

Access Commercial, LLC submitted the Redevelopment Plan for the property located at Independence City Center 1st Addition Lot 9 Block 0 Lot 9 in Douglas County, Nebraska.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the proposed Redevelopment Plan for purposes of the Community Development Law.
