REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Ralston, Nebraska is seeking proposals from qualified contractor firms to provide new restrooms for the Liberty First Credit Union Arena.

Interested contractors must attend a pre-bid meeting on November 5, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Liberty First Credit Union Arena, 7300 Q Street, Ralston, NE to review the scope of work, City requirements and ask questions.

Contractors shall provide to the City of Ralston, on behalf of the Liberty First Credit Union Arena, 3 hard-copies and one digital copy of their response to this Request for Proposals. Responses shall be received by the City of Ralston until November 19, 2024 at 2:00 PM at City Hall, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, NE 68127. Submissions received after this time shall be disqualified.

The RFP document is available in the City Clerk’s Office, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, NE 68127; by email at mkelly@cityofralston.com or on the City of Ralston’s website at www.cityofralston.com.

The City of Ralston reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received in response to this RFP.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Ralston City Council will hold a public hearing at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the 1st reading of Ordinance No. 1336, an ordinance amending the Master Fee Schedule. Public comments will be accepted. An agenda will be kept current and available for public inspection at the Office of the City Clerk, 5500 S. 77th Street, Ralston, Nebraska 68127. Written comments should be addressed to the City Clerk at the above address.
