PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on July 23, 2019, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
 
An ordinance to rezone property located south of HWS Cleveland Boulevard and west of 198th Street from AG-Agricultural District to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High Density)
 
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Falling Waters North, a subdivision outside the city limits, located south of HWS Cleveland Boulevard and west of 198th Street, is hereby approved and accepted. The applicant is Gretna Public Schools
 
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and Sarpy County School District 77-0037, also known as Gretna Public Schools, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Falling Waters North (Lot 1) and is located south of HWS Cleveland Boulevard and west of 198th Street
