Sealed proposals are invited and will be received on or before the closing date/time. Bidding documents may be found on the Douglas County Ionwave electronic bidding website: douglascountypurchasing.ionwave.net
Douglas County requires all bidders to submit their bids electronically. Each respondent is responsible for taking the necessary steps to ensure their submission is received and complete by the listed closing date and time. The County is not responsible for technical difficulties and will not allow late submissions due to the same.
Proposals will be opened and read by the City Clerk on the closing date/time before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC 4, Omaha Douglas Civic Center.
Douglas County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

As evidence of good faith and guarantee that a contract will be entered into should an award be made thereon, a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany the bid. Failure to do so will be cause for rejection.

Millworks Commons Parking Garage
The City of Omaha Public Works Department is issuing this request for proposals from interested and qualified firms in providing comprehensive Construction Management At-Risk (CMAR) services for improvements at the Millworks Commons Parking Garage (Project) in Omaha, Nebraska.
The City of Omaha is proposing to construct a 600-stall parking garage for the expansion of a mixed-use district in the vicinity of The Mastercraft complex north of Nicholas Street between 11th and 12th Street. The parking garage is expected to be a multi-level facility with mechanical and electrical equipment, connectivity to adjacent buildings, complementary aesthetics, and landscaping features. The parking facility may also include non-parking occupancies in support of appropriate active uses in the area. The City seeks interested firms employing highly qualified personnel with experience and expertise in delivering work of the nature described herein and providing full-service CMAR preconstruction and construction phase services.

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Notice is hereby given that the OMAHA CITY CLERK will receive sealed bids until WEDNESDAY, September 18, 2024 AT 11:00 A.M. FOR DOUGLAS CO. PROJECT NO. C-28(599) 252ND STREET AND FORT CIRCLE BRIDGE BOX CULVERT CONSTRUCTION.
Contract Documents, such as plans, specifications and electronic bid forms, may be obtained on the Douglas County Purchasing (ionwave) website at https://douglascountypurchasing.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. Paper plans and specifications are available for review at the Douglas County Engineer’s Office, 15505 West Maple Road, Omaha, Nebraska 68116.
All bids shall be submitted on the electronic forms provided by the Douglas County Purchasing Department. Electronic bid forms can be found on the Douglas County Purchasing (Ionwave) website at https://douglascountypurchasing.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. Bidders must complete all required fields. Bids must be electronically filed on or before the bid closing date and time listed above.
As evidence of good faith in submitting a proposal for this work, the bidder must upload a copy of a certified check or bid bond, made payable to Douglas County in the sum of 5% of the bid. The original document must be received by City Clerk within seven (7)business days of the closing date and time indicated.
The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Surety Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract.
The Board of Douglas County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Bids will publicly be opened and read aloud in the City/County Legislative Chambers of the Omaha Douglas Civic Center on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.
