PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on September 20, 2022, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of 15th and Mike Fahey Streets from DS-Downtown Services to CBD-Central Business District (property is located within an ACI Overlay District).
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Builders District 3, a minor plat inside city limits, located southwest of 15th and Mike Fahey Streets, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Builders District 3, a minor plat inside city limits, located southwest of 15th and Mike Fahey Streets, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled Original City of Omaha, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.
Anyone interested in these matters should be in attendance.

QUOTE for SMALL PURCHASE
Combo Smoke / CO Detectors
for OHA’s Units
The Omaha Housing Authority is looking to purchase a Smoke / Carbon Monoxide Detector with a sealed battery specifically designed for institutional applications for multifamily dwellings as defined in the National Fire Protection Association Life Safety Code 101: a Single Station Smoke / CO Detector. The proposed detectors must, at minimum, meet the stated specifications.
