PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on September 19, 2023, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to rezone property located south of 206th Street and Elkhorn Drive from NBD-Neighborhood Business District to DR-Development Reserve District (portions of the property are located within the FF-Flood Fringe Overlay District).
An ordinance to rezone property located south of 206th Street and Elkhorn Drive from NBD-Neighborhood Business District to NBD-Neighborhood Business District (portions of the property are located within the FF-Flood Fringe Overlay District).
Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Elkhorn Landing, a minor plat inside city limits, located south of 206th Street and Elkhorn Drive, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled Jones Addition To The City of Elkhorn, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.
An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of Big Elk Parkway and Bedford Avenue from MU-Mixed Use District to R7-Medium-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located northwest of Big Elk Parkway and Bedford Avenue.
