PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on September 17, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located north of 207th and Q Streets from AG – Agricultural District to DR-Development Reserve District.

An ordinance to rezone property located north of 207th and Q Streets from AG – Agricultural District to MU- Mixed Use District.

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Kensington Park (Lots 16-18, Outlot D), a subdivision outside city limits, located north of 207th and Q Streets, is hereby approved and accepted.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, West Springs Land Corp, Stone Creek Plaza LLC, The Kensington Park Owners Association, and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.I.D.) 629 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Kensington Park (Lots 16-18 and Outlot D) and is located north of 207th and Q Streets.
