PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on October 1, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located northwest of 90th and Grant Streets.
Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Camelot Village 2 Replat 2, a minor plat inside city limits, located northwest of 90th and Grant Streets, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled Camelot Village 2 Replat 1, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.
An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of Farnam Street and Saddlecreek Road from GI-General Industrial District, GO-General Office District, GC-General Commercial District, and CC-Community Commercial District to TOD-1-MX-Transit Oriented Development District - Mixed Use.
An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of Farnam Street and Saddlecreek Road from GI-General Industrial District, GO-General Office District, GC-General Commercial District, and CC-Community Commercial District to TOD-2-MX-Transit Oriented Development District-Mixed Use.
An ordinance to rezone property located southwest of Farnam Street and Saddlecreek Road from GI-General Industrial District, GO-General Office District, GC-General Commercial District, and CC-Community Commercial District to CC-Community Commercial District.
An ordinance to rescind the ACI – Areas of Civic Importance Overlay District for property located southwest of Farnam Street and Saddlecreek Road.
Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled of Saddle Creek Campus, a subdivision inside city limits, located southwest of Farnam Street and Saddlecreek Road, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plats entitled Briggs Place, Briggs Place Replat 1, Metro One and Omsteel Addition Replat 2, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha and Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska, the University of Nebraska Medical Center, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Watershed Management Fee refund of $7,323.05 shall be paid from the Watershed Management fund, Fund 12128. The Subdivision is to be known as Saddle Creek Campus (Lots 1-6) and is located southwest of Farnam Street and Saddle Creek Road.
An ordinance to rezone property located southeast of 27th and Leavenworth Streets from R7-Medium-Density Multiple-Family Residential District and GC-General Commercial District to TOD-2-MX Transit Oriented Development District- Mixed Use.
An ordinance to approve a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District, located southeast of 27th and Leavenworth Streets, to approve the Development Plan.
An ordinance to rescind the PK-Parking Overlay District for property located southeast of 27th and Leavenworth Streets.
An ordinance to rescind the ACI-1 (PL) – Areas of Civic Importance Overlay District for property located southeast of 27th and Leavenworth Streets.
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Kiewits Subdivision Replat One, a minor plat inside city limits, located southeast of 27th and Leavenworth Streets, is hereby, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Kiewits Subdivision Replat One, a minor plat inside city limits, located southeast of 27th and Leavenworth Streets, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plat Kiewit’s Subdivision and Marshs Addition to Omaha, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.
