PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on September 29, 2026, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property at 3460, 3462, and 3464 Ruggles Street from R4(35)-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to R5-Urban Family Residential District.

An ordinance to rezone property at 2646 Y Street from HI-Heavy Industrial District to R7-Medium-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.

An ordinance to approve a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District, located at 2646 Y Street, to approve the Development Plan.

Anyone interested in these matters should be in attendance.
