PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold a public hearing on September 19, 2023, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Celebration of Life Enterprises, Inc., dba “Pan Asian Terrace”, located at 1201 South 157th Street, Suite A1.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.

The City of Omaha Public Art Commission will have a regular monthly meeting at 4:00 p.m. on:

Wednesday, September 13th, 2023 at the Dewey Recreation Center, 550 Turner Boulevard, Omaha, NE  68105.

Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the Parks, Recreation, and Public Property Department or on the Mayors website, https://mayors-office.cityofomaha.org/. The Board shall have the right to modify the agenda at said public meeting when convened.
