PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
EASTSIDE NORTH 18 OHIO
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT PLAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will meet and hold a public hearing on August 31, 2021, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183 for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
Eastside North 18 Ohio Redevelopment Project Plan.
Location: Northwest of 17th and Ohio Streets
The redevelopment project plan proposes the construction of thirteen (13) new rowhome residential units on an assemblage of eleven (11) vacant, contiguous parcels located in north Omaha.
The Planning Board recommended approval of this Redevelopment Project Plan at the July 7, 2021 public hearing.
The Redevelopment Project Plan authorizes the City’s participation in the redevelopment of this project site through the allocation of TIF in an amount up to $310,000.00, plus accrued interest. TIF loan proceeds will be used to offset eligible expenses such as site work, architectural and engineering costs, various studies, and other public improvements as required. The total estimated project costs are $4,137,114.00, but are subject to change as final costs come in.
A copy of said plan is available for public inspection in the City Clerk’s Office.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will meet and hold a public hearing on August 31, 2021, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183 for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
Eastside 1620 Clark Redevelopment Project Plan.
Location: 1620 Clark Street
The redevelopment project plan proposes to construct twelve (12) new rowhome residential units on a vacant parcel in north Omaha.
The Planning Board recommended approval of this Redevelopment Project Plan at the July 7, 2021 public hearing.
The Redevelopment Project Plan authorizes the City’s participation in the redevelopment of this project site through the allocation of TIF in an amount up to $310,000.00, plus accrued interest.
