PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on August 31, 2021, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of 195th Street and H.W.S. Cleveland Boulevard from AG-Agricultural District to MU-Mixed Use District.

An ordinance to approve a Major Amendment to a Mixed Use District Development Agreement between the City of Omaha and SD Omaha Property, LLC for Avenue One, located northwest of 195th Street and H.W.S. Cleveland Boulevard, to allow for a multiple family residential use (251 residential units), providing site development standards.

Res. that, the Revised Preliminary Plat entitled Sundance (previously a portion of Avenue One), a subdivision inside city limits, located northwest of 195th Street and H.W.S. Cleveland Boulevard, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Sundance, a subdivision inside city limits, located northwest of 195th Street and H.W.S. Cleveland Boulevard, is hereby approved and accepted.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, SD Omaha Property LLC, and Jasper Stone 192nd and Dodge, LLC, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Sundance (Lots 1-4 and Outlots A-C) and is located northwest of 195th Street and H.W.S. Cleveland Boulevard.
