PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on August 24, 2021, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class I Liquor License for Panda House Inc., dba Panda House Chinese Restaurant located at 14459 West Center Road.

Class “C” Liquor License for Saffron Urban Kitchen LLC, dba Saffron Urban Kitchen/Bombay Bar located at 6706 Frances Street.

Class C Liquor License for 402 Beer & Spirits LLC dba 402 Beer & Spirits located at 13110 Birch Drive, Suite 116.

Class I Liquor License for Sweet Cakes and Roses Inc. dba Sweet Cakes and Roses located at 14040 Arbor Street.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
