PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on July 21, 2020, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located southeast of 87th and Pacific Streets from R2-Single-Family Residential District (Low-Density) to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).

Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Estates at Loveland, a subdivision inside city limits, located southeast of 87th and Pacific Streets, is hereby approved and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled Longview Addition, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated. The applicant is Royce Enterprises, Inc.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, D&L Real Estate Group, LLC, and The Estates at Loveland Owners Association, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Estates at Loveland (Lots 1-18 and Outlots A-C) and is located southeast of 87th and                   Pacific Streets.
