PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on July 25, 2023, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “C” Liquor License for Secret Park, LLC, dba “Secret Park”, located at 3207 Leavenworth Street.

Class “C” Liquor License for TOC, LLC, dba “Touch of Class Lounge”, located at 11220 Fort Street, Suite 101.

Class “CK” Liquor License for Venlit Hospitality, LLC, dba “R.U.B-Rotisserie Urban Bistro”, located at 1917 South 67th Street, Suite 110.

Class “K” Liquor License for NOW Initiative, dba “North Omaha Music & Art”, located at 2510 North 24th Street.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
