NOTICE TO PUBLIC
The Omaha Streetcar Authority will have a Meeting at 1:30 P.M. on Monday, July 17, 2023, in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street in Omaha, Nebraska, for the purpose of discussing the agenda items and briefing and discussion of public business. This meeting will have video conference capability. Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the City Clerk, but the Authority shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting when convened. The video conference details and an agenda for the meeting is posted on the City of Omaha website at https://www.cityofomaha.org/omaha-streetcar.

AIR QUALITY CONTROL
Notice is given to the public according to Chapter 41 of the Omaha Municipal Code of the application of International Paper for a renewal of their air emission operating permit for the corrugated packaging production facility at 7517 F Street, Omaha. The potential emissions at this facility, in tons, will be: TSP 13.9, PM10 3.0, PM2.5 1.1, SOx 0.1, NOx 9.2, VOC 21.8, CO 7.7, Ammonia 6.6, total HAPs 9.5 and CO2e 11,062.
No significant impact on air quality is expected from the operation of this facility. Douglas County is in attainment with air quality standards for the listed pollutants. Approval is recommended with the condition that any pollution control equipment that may be necessary for compliance with the City of Omaha or Nebraska Air Pollution Control Rules and Regulations will be installed within 180 days after notification by the City of noncompliance.
All information submitted by the applicant and the proposed approval by Air Quality Control are available for inspection by the public at the office of Omaha Air Quality Control from July 12, 2023 to August 12, 2023. Comments received during that period will be considered. During that period the applicant, or any interested person or group of persons, may request or petition the Control Officer for a public hearing, and state the nature of the issues to be raised and all arguments and factual grounds supporting their position. The Control Officer may hold a public hearing if the comments, requests, or petitions raise legal, policy or discretionary questions and significant public interest exists with respect to the application. The potential emissions, in tons per year, for the affected process at this facility after the modification will be: VOC 21.3 and total HAP 9.3.
