NOTICE TO PUBLIC

The Omaha Streetcar Authority will have a Meeting at 1:30 P.M. on Monday, June 12, 2023, in the Legislative Chambers of the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street in Omaha, Nebraska, for the purpose of discussing the agenda items and briefing and discussion of public business. This meeting will have video conference capability. Proposed agenda kept continually current shall be available for public inspection in the Omaha/Douglas Civic Center at the Office of the City Clerk, but the Authority shall have the right to modify the agenda to include items of an emergency nature only at such public meeting when convened. The video conference details and an agenda for the meeting is posted on the City of Omaha website at https://www.cityofomaha.org/omaha-streetcar.

OMAHA HOUSING AUTHORITY

REQUEST for PROPOSAL

Security Service

OHA is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed entities to provide Security Services to include standing guard or roving patrol (on-foot or vehicular), armed or unarmed, on/at various OHA development and facilities, on/at certain days and times.

Packets will be available on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.

Pre-Proposal Conference on June 13, 2023, at 10:00 AM. CST.

The deadline for questions for the project is June 20, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. CST.

Proposal deadline for the project is June 27, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. CST.

Please submit all Proposals to OHA at 1823 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68102.
