PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on June 15, 2021, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:
Class “C” License for Hy-Vee, Inc., dba “Wall to Wall Wine & Spirits”, located at 12977 West Center Road.
Class “C” License for Omaha Kebabs, LLC, dba “Omaha Kebabs”, located at 2101 North 120th Street, Suite C5.
Class “C” License for STATC, LLC, dba “Timber Creek Pizza Pub & Grill”, located at 6718 South 178th Street.
Class “D” Liquor License for Western Oil II, LLC, dba “Speedee Mart 2884”, located at 2901 North 72nd Street.
Class “K” License for Saddle Creek Breakfast Club, LLC, dba “Saddle Creek Breakfast Club”, located at 1540 N Saddle Creek Road.
Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.
