PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on June 13, 2023, at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183. The purpose of these hearings is to consider approval of:

Class “I” Liquor License for Babylon, Inc., dba “Pla Too Thai Cuisine”, located at 5092 South 136th Street.

Class “D” Liquor License for Redman Supermarket, LLC, dba “Redman Supermarket”, located at 4205 Redman Avenue.

Anyone interested in these matters or desiring to give evidence in support of or in protest against the issuance of such license should be in attendance at this meeting.

Approval of April 10, 2023 minutes.

Request that the bus duct can remain installed as-is and the horizontal bus duct fittings recommended are used for this and future improvement projects at 18881 West Dodge Rd, Suite 100 West, Omaha.

Request to reciprocate a Building Contractor’s Licenses.
