PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on July 1, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to rezone property located at 4209 and 4215 Ellison Avenue from R4(35)-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to R5-Urban Family Residential District.
An ordinance to approve a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District, located at 4209 and 4215 Ellison Avenue, to approve the Development Plan.
Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled of Rows at Barkalows, a subdivision inside city limits, located at 4209 and 4215 Ellison Avenue, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plats entitled Meadowbrook Homes and Barkalow’s Subdivision, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, The Mensch Group, LLC, and the Rows at Barkalow’s Home Owners Association, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Rows at Barkalows (Lots 1-14 and Outlot A) and is located at 4209 and 4215 Ellison Avenue.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 17515 Pacific Street from AG-Agricultural District to R6-Low-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the MCC-Major Commercial Corridor Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 17515 Pacific Street.
An ordinance to approve a PUD–Planned Unit Development Overlay District, located at 17515 Pacific Street, to approve the Development Plan.
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled VUE 174, a minor plat inside city limits, located at 17515 Pacific Street, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled VUE 174, located at 17515 Pacific Street, is hereby approved and accepted.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and Vue 174 LLC, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Vue 174 (Lot 1) and is located at 17515 Pacific Street.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 4508 North 42nd Street from GC-General Commercial District to R5-Urban Family Residential District.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 2210 South 20th Street from HI-Heavy Industrial District to R5-Urban Family Residential District.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 20111 S HWS Cleveland Boulevard from R5-Urban Family Residential District to R6-Low-Density Multiple-Family Residential District.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 2316 North 48th Street from R4(35)-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to R5-Urban Family Residential District.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 4101, 4021, 4019, 4017, 3927, and 3925 North 24th Street from GI-General Industrial District and GC-General Commercial District to NBD-Neighborhood Business District.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the ACI-Area of Civic Importance Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 4101, 4021, 4019, 4017, 3927, and 3925 North 24th Street.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 2601 North 24th Street from R7-Medium-Density Multiple-Family Residential District and GC-General Commercial District to NBD-Neighborhood Business District.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the ACI-Area of Civic Importance Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located at 2601 North 24th Street.
