Section 49- 722:  Request waiver of fixture count requirement in a unisex restroom at 5649 N 90 St, Ste 106.

Section 49- 533:  Request approval to drill a water well at 7828 N 78 St.

Section 49- 1524:  Request approval to use Niron instead of copper pipe at 1113 Nicholas St.

Section 49- 1524:  Request approval to use Niron instead of copper pipe at 3005 Emmet St.

Section 49- 218:  Request to renew Apprenticeship Program.

Approval of Apprentice Agreements.

Approval of Exam Applications.
