PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on April 23, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Camelot Village 2 Replat 2, a minor plat inside city limits, along with approval of waiver to Section 53-8(4)d, Lot frontage, located northwest of 90th and Grant Streets, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Saddlecreek Campus, a subdivision inside city limits, located southwest of Farnam Street and Saddle Creek Road, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Southside Terrace 2, a minor plat inside city limits, located northeast of 30th and W Streets, is hereby , is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Ironridge Replat 2, a minor plat inside city limits, located at 12805 Fort Street, is hereby, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Four Seasons Linden Estates Replat 2, a minor plat inside city limits, located southeast of 143rd Court and Cuming Street (portions of the property are located in a cluster subdivision), is hereby, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
An ordinance to rezone property located northeast of Blair High Road and Potter Street from DR – Development Reserve District to GI – General Industrial District.
Res. that, the Final Plat entitled M.U.D. Acres 2, a subdivision outside city limits, located northeast of Blair High Road and Potter Street, is hereby approved and accepted.
Res. that, the Large Project Special Use Permit application submitted by Metropolitan Utilities District, for a Large Project Special Use Permit to allow Maintenance and service facilities over 10 acres in size in the GI-General Industrial District, located northeast of Blair High Road and Potter Street, Omaha, Nebraska, is hereby approved and the Permits and Inspection Division is directed to issue the necessary permit therefor, provided the conditions set out in Exhibit “A” of the referenced application, conditions set out in Exhibit “B”, and all applicable local or state statutes, ordinances or regulations are complied with.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Metropolitan Utilities District, and Larry A. Hardt, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as M.U.D. Acres 2 (Lot 1 and Outlots A-E) and is located northeast of Blair High Road and Potter Streets.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 807 South 50th Street from R4(35)– Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) and GC- General Commercial District to TOD-2-MX – Transit Oriented Development District-Mixed Use.
An ordinance to approve a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District, located at 807 South 50th Street, to approve the Development Plan.
