Waiver of Section 55-834 – Variance to the maximum sign budget for a civic use in a GO district from 60 sq. ft. to 678.25 sq. ft.; to allow electronic information signage for a civic use in a GO district not otherwise permitted; to the maximum height for a projecting sign from 20’ to 32’; and to the maximum sign area for a projecting sign from 25 sq. ft. to 55.5 sq. ft. to allow for the installation of a new signage plan for Clarkson College; 101 S. 42nd St. & 120 S. 41st St.
Waiver of Section 55-740 – Variance to the minimum required perimeter lot landscaping from 10’ and 5’ to 1’ to allow for the construction of an industrial flex building; NE of 28th Ave. & Deer Park Blvd.
Waiver of Section 55-742(b)(2) – Variance to the parking regulations to allow parking in the front yard setback in a residential district to allow a recently constructed driveway addition to remain; 910 S. 87th Ave.
