PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on April 5, 2022, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located at 2306 North 79th Street from R2-Single-Family Residential District (Low Density) to R5-Urban Family Residential District.

Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Benson Gardens Replat 22, located at 2306 North 79th Street, is hereby approved, and concurrently portions of the existing plat entitled Benson Gardens, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.

An ordinance to rezone property located Southwest of 126th and Grebe Streets from DR-Development Reserve District and R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to DR-Development Reserve District.

An ordinance to rezone property located Southwest of 126th and Grebe Streets from DR-Development Reserve District and R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to R4-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).

Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Deer Creek Highlands Replat 1, a minor plat outside city limits, located Southwest of 126th and Grebe Streets, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled Deer Creek Highlands, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.
