PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on March 12, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:
An ordinance to rezone property located at 7361 North 122nd Avenue Circle from DR – Development Reserve District and R4 – Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to DR – Development Reserve District.
An ordinance to rezone property located at 7361 North 122nd Avenue Circle from DR – Development Reserve District and R4 – Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to R4 – Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Deer Creek Replat Twenty Six, a minor plat inside city limits, located at 7361 North 122nd Avenue Circle, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Deer Creek Replat Twenty Six, a minor plat inside city limits, located at 7361 North 122nd Avenue Circle, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plats entitled Deer Creek and Deer Creek Replat 4, and described on said replat, are hereby vacated.

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Bungalows at Whitehawk Lake, a subdivision outside the city limits, located at 4205 South 204th Street, is hereby approved and accepted; and that the replat transmitted herewith entitled Bungalows at Whitehawk Lake, a subdivision outside the city limits, located at 4205 South 204th Street, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled North Streams Replat 1, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and Bungalows at Whitehawk Lake SPE LLC, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Bungalows at Whitehawk Lake (Lot 1 and Outlots A-C) and is located at 4205 South 204th Street.
An ordinance to amend the boundaries of the NCE-10th Street Neighborhood Conservation and Enhancement Overlay District, to incorporate into that district the property located north and south of 8th and Pine Streets; to approve an amendment to the Urban Design Element of the Master Plan for the City of Omaha to incorporate the 10th Street NCE District Plan into the Master Plan.
An ordinance to rescind the PK-Parking Overlay District for property located south of 8th and Pine Streets.
Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled Nook, a minor plat inside city limits, located north and south of 8th and Pine Streets, is hereby , is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.
Res. that, the Final Plat transmitted herewith entitled Nook, a minor plat inside city limits, located north and south of 8th and Pine Streets, is hereby approved, and concurrently a portion of the existing plat entitled Forest Hill Addition, First Addition to Forest Hill Addition, and Grace Addition, and described on said replat, is hereby vacated.
Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement between the City of Omaha and Worthington 10, LLC, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as the Nook (Lots 1-6) and is located north and south of 8th and Pine Streets.
