PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on March 5, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located northwest of Kansas and Laurel Avenues from AG – Agricultural District to R4 – Single-Family Residential District (High-Density).

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Arcadia Ridge (Lots 94-114) , a subdivision outside city limits, located Northwest of Kansas and Laurel Avenues, is hereby approved and accepted.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, HRC Arcadia Ridge, LLC, the Arcadia Ridge Owners Association, and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 621 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Arcadia Ridge (Lots 94-114) and is located northwest of Kansas and Laurel Avenues.
