PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on January 23, 2024, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

An ordinance to rezone property located at 13712 Military Road from AG  – Agricultural District to DR – Developmental Reserve District.

An ordinance to rezone property located at 13712 Military Road from AG  – Agricultural District to R5 – Urban Family Residential District.

Res. that, the Final Plat entitled Westbrook Hills, a subdivision outside city limits, located at 13712 Military Road, is hereby approved and accepted.

Res. that, the Subdivision Agreement among the City of Omaha, Military & 138 Smart Development LLC, the Westbrook Hills Owners Association, Inc., and Sanitary and Improvement District (S.&I.D.) 627 of Douglas County, Nebraska, as recommended by the Mayor, is hereby approved. The Subdivision is to be known as Westbrook Hills (Lots 1-200 and Outlots A-J) and is located at 13712 Military Road.
