“NOTICE TO PUBLIC”
The following Ordinance has been set for City Council Hearing on February 11, 2020, at 2:00 P.M. in the Legislative Chambers, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center, 1819 Farnam Street, at which hearing all persons interested may be heard:
An ordinance to create Street Improvement District No. 2019-06, in the City of Omaha, for the purpose of improving Walnut Street, from South 76th Avenue to South 78th Street, by grading, curbing, addressing storm sewerage and paving in portland cement concrete; to fix and define the boundaries of said district; to provide for the determination and assessment of damages, if any, occasioned by reason of change of grade; to authorize the Public Works Department, barring protest to the contrary in accordance with OMC 26-65, to complete the associated improvement project.

An ordinance to create Street Improvement District No. 2019-07, in the City of Omaha, for the purpose of improving Ames Avenue, from North 85th Street to North 87th Street and North 87th Street from Ames Avenue to approximately 114 feet north of Boyd Street, by grading, curbing, addressing storm sewerage and paving in portland cement concrete; to fix and define the boundaries of said district; to provide for the determination and assessment of damages, if any, occasioned by reason of change of grade; to authorize the Public Works Department, barring protest to the contrary in accordance with OMC 26-65, to complete the associated improvement project.
