PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Omaha, Nebraska, will hold public hearings on January 14, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 1819 Farnam Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68183, for the purpose of hearing testimony for:

Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled El Toro Plaza, a minor plat inside city limits, located at 2405 Z Street, is hereby, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.

Res. that, the Preliminary Plat entitled of West Bay Woods Estates, a subdivision inside city limits, located at 18222 F Street, along with the conditions, is hereby accepted; and, the preparation of the final plat of this subdivision is hereby authorized.

An ordinance to rezone property located at 4522 Browne Street from R4(35)-Single-Family Residential District (High-Density) to R5-Urban Family Residential District.

An ordinance to rezone property located northeast of 36th and Leavenworth Streets from GC-General Commercial District to TOD-2-MX-Transit Oriented Development District-Mixed Use.

An ordinance to approve a PUR-Planned Unit Redevelopment Overlay District, located northeast of 36th and Leavenworth Streets, to approve the Development Plan.

An ordinance to rescind the ACI – Areas of Civic Importance Overlay District for property located northeast of 36th and Leavenworth Streets.
