AN ORDINANCE to amend the official zoning map of the City of Omaha adopted by Section 55-65 of the Omaha Municipal Code, by changing certain boundaries of the official zoning map of the City of Omaha in accordance with Section 55-886 of the Omaha Municipal Code, to rezone property located at 12903 Deer Creek Drive and 13014 Scott Street from DR-Development Reserve District and R4-Single-Family Residential District (High Density) to DR-Development Reserve District.

AN ORDINANCE to approve a parking lease and license agreement between the City of Omaha and the Noddle BD1, LLC for the lease of property and adjacent rights-of-way owned by the City of Omaha, as the leased property is legally described in Exhibit A to the attached parking lease and license agreement, for a term which shall be deemed to have commenced on July 1, 2022 and which shall expire as governed by the parking lease and license agreement, at the rate of Three Thousand Five Hundred Twelve Dollars and No Cents ($3,512.00) per month for the Leased Property, with the Leased Property being depicted in Exhibit B to the agreement, and Three Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Eight Dollars and no Cents ($3,488.00) per month for the Licensed Property, with the Licensed Property being depicted in Exhibit C to the agreement.

AN ORDINANCE to accept the bid of Sandry Fire Supply, LLC, to provide fire hose for the Omaha Fire Department for a term of one year at a total cost of $54,085.00 with the option to extend the agreement for four additional years. Following the initial contract term, the awarded bidder may propose price increases for any contract extensions offered by the City. Price increases must be requested 30 days prior to proposed increase and must be justified with documentation (e.g. reports, manufacturer statements, invoices, etc.). Proposed price increases will be reviewed by the City, who at its sole discretion will either approve or reject the proposed increase; and to provide an effective date hereof.

An ordinance authorizing and approving the establishment of a Master Lease-Purchase Program for the construction and equipping of a modem streetcar system pursuant to a Master Lease Purchase Agreement inclusive of Schedules I, II and III thereto between the City of Omaha Public Facilities Corporation and the City of Omaha, Nebraska, to provide funds for the lease-purchase of and the financing of the costs of acquiring, constructing and equipping a modem streetcar system, including the lease-purchase of streetcars, an operations and maintenance building, streetcar track and all related public improvements; authorizing one or more Site Lease Agreements between the Corporation and the City for the ground leasing of the Project site by the City to the Corporation; authorizing and approving one or more Bills of Sale by the City to the Corporation for the sale of certain equipment to the Corporation; approving a Master Indenture of Trust and a First Supplemental Indenture between the Corporation and BOKF, National Association, as Trustee and Paying Agent; approving the terms and conditions of one or more series of the Corporation’s Lease Revenue Bonds, as set forth in the Indenture and the issuance and delivery thereof; delegating authority to the City Finance Director to determine for each series of Bonds authorized under such Ordinance, the final form of the Agreement, the Site Leases, the Bills of Sale and the Indenture, the final price, interest rates, principal amount, redemption provisions, and other terms and conditions thereof; and satisfying applicable federal income tax law requirements.
